All content that you import, view, or manage within the app remains your property. Idevo does not claim any rights over the conversations, ideas, or any other content that you import into the app. When using conversation data exported from external services such as ChatGPT, you are responsible for complying with the terms of use, copyright policies, and data-handling rules of those services. Idevo does not intervene in the rights management or legality of imported content.

When sharing PDFs or images created with the “Chat Bubble (PNG download)” feature, ensure they do not contain personal or confidential information.
Chat Bubble images will always include a label indicating the source of the conversation (default “ChatGPT” or an alternative design selected by the user).

Shared content may be viewed or reused by third parties. Idevo is not responsible for any loss or issues arising from the use of shared content.

You agree not to use this app for:

• Harassment, hate speech, or harmful behavior
• Disseminating false or misleading information
• Uploading malicious content or code

Idevo is an offline archive app designed to help you organize, search, view, and visualize conversations you have imported. In the current version, the app does not provide AI features that generate new content—such as producing text, images, summaries, or advice on external servers. Graphs, message bubbles, and other visualizations are simply representations of your existing data, not newly generated material. If AI-assisted features (such as summaries or insights) are introduced in the future, processing will remain limited to your own data and will be performed on-device whenever possible. If any external transmission is required, we will clearly disclose this beforehand and obtain your consent. Idevo does not use user data for training server-side machine learning models.

Idevo operates fully offline and does not use our servers. Unless you take explicit action, the app does not automatically upload or sync data to external services.

iCloud backup: If iOS “iCloud Backup” is enabled, Idevo’s encrypted app data is included in your device-level backup and may be restored when you restore your device. This behavior is managed entirely by Apple’s system. Under no circumstances does Idevo transmit data independently.

Idevo is designed exclusively for processing the user’s own ChatGPT conversation data (conversations.json). Importing or analyzing conversation data belonging to third parties or other accounts is not supported or intended. We are not responsible for any outcomes or issues resulting from importing such external data.

Idevo is provided “as is” without any warranties. We are not responsible for any outcomes arising from its use — including decisions, losses, damages, or any loss or corruption of saved data.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If there are significant changes, we will notify you within the app. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

アプリ内でインポート・閲覧・管理するコンテンツの所有権は、すべて利用者本人に帰属します。 Idevo は、ユーザーがアプリ内にインポートした会話やアイデア等に対して、いかなる権利も主張しません。 なお、ChatGPT など外部サービスからエクスポートされたデータを利用する場合、 当該サービスの利用規約および著作権ポリシーに従う責任はユーザーにあります。 Idevo は、インポートされたコンテンツの権利処理や適法性について介入しません。

PDFエクスポート、または「ふきだしシェア（PNGダウンロード）」機能で出力した画像などを外部サービスで共有する際は、 個人情報や機密情報を含めないようご注意ください。
ふきだしシェアの画像には必ず会話の出典を示すラベルが表示されます（デフォルトは「ChatGPT」、 またはユーザーが選択した代替デザイン）。

共有後は第三者によって閲覧・再利用される可能性があります。共有コンテンツの利用によって生じた損害やトラブルについて、 Idevoは責任を負いません。

本アプリを以下の目的で使用しないでください：

• 嫌がらせ、ヘイトスピーチ、または有害な行為
• 虚偽または誤解を招く情報の拡散
• 悪意のあるコンテンツやコードのアップロード

Idevo は、ユーザーがインポートした会話データを 整理・検索・閲覧・可視化するためのオフラインアーカイブアプリです。 現在のバージョンでは、文章や画像などの 新たなコンテンツを外部サーバーで生成する AI 機能は提供していません。 グラフやふきだし画像などの表示は、ユーザーの既存データをもとにした可視化であり、新しいテキスト生成や助言ではありません。 将来的に分析・要約などの AI 支援機能が追加される場合も、 処理対象はユーザー本人のデータに限定され、可能な限り端末内で実行されます。 外部サーバーへの送信が必要となる場合は、事前に明示し、同意を得たうえで実施されます。

Idevoは完全オフラインで動作し、当社サーバーを利用しません。ユーザーの明示的な操作がない限り、 外部サービスへデータを自動送信・同期することはありません。

iCloudバックアップについて： iOSの「iCloudバックアップ」を有効にしている場合、Idevoの暗号化されたアプリデータは端末全体のバックアップに含まれ、 復元時に戻る場合があります。これはAppleの仕組みによるものであり、いかなる状況においても Idevoが独自にデータを送信することはありません。

Idevoは、ユーザー本人がChatGPTからエクスポートした conversations.json のみを対象としています。 第三者の会話データや他者のアカウントに属する情報をインポートまたは分析することは、想定された利用範囲に含まれません。 これらのデータを取り込んだ場合の結果や影響について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。

本アプリは現状有姿（“AS IS”）で提供され、いかなる保証も行いません。アプリの利用により生じたいかなる結果 （意思決定・損失・損害、保存データの消失・破損等）についても、当社は一切の責任を負いません。

本利用規約は随時更新される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内で告知します。 告知後も継続してご利用いただく場合、更新後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
