This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled in the Idevo iOS app. Idevo is privacy-first by design: no account, no tracking, and AES-encrypted local storage.

Idevo does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to any server. All content (such as conversations and favorites) remains locally on your device and is never sent anywhere from the app.
Idevoは個人情報をサーバー側で一切収集・保存・送信しません。会話やお気に入り情報など、すべてのデータは端末内だけに保存され、アプリから外部へ送信されることはありません。
Conversation text stored in the app is encrypted using AES (Advanced Encryption Standard). Only the Idevo app running on your device can decrypt this data.
アプリ内に保存される会話本文はAES（高度暗号化方式）で暗号化されており、復号できるのは端末上で動作するIdevoアプリのみです。
You can use all features without creating an account or logging in.
アカウント作成やログインなしで、すべての機能をご利用いただけます。
Idevo works fully offline. Your data stays on your device and is not uploaded to any cloud or external service.
Idevoは完全にオフラインで動作します。データはすべて端末内にとどまり、クラウドや外部サービスへアップロードされることはありません。
Even if someone gains file-level access to your device, your conversations cannot be read without Idevo’s decryption process.
万が一、第三者が端末のファイルへ物理的にアクセスした場合でも、Idevoの復号処理なしに会話内容を読むことはできません。
The app does not use third-party analytics, cloud services, or advertising tools.
本アプリは、外部の分析ツール・クラウドサービス・広告サービス等を一切利用しません。
You may import conversation exports from ChatGPT (e.g., conversations.json/zip). Imported conversation data is AES-encrypted and stored locally on your device.
ChatGPTからエクスポートした会話データ（例：conversations.json/zip）をインポートできます。インポートされた会話データはAESで暗号化され、端末内に保存されます。
Make sure your use of imported data complies with OpenAI’s terms and applicable data-protection laws in your region.

Idevo only processes conversation data that you export yourself. Importing or analyzing logs that belong to third parties, shared or organizational accounts, or other people’s devices/accounts is not supported or intended. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal rights to use any data you import.
Idevoが処理するのは、ユーザー本人がエクスポートした会話データのみです。第三者の会話データ、組織共有アカウント、または他人の端末・アカウントから取得したログのインポートや分析は、想定・サポートしていません。インポートするデータについて適法な利用権限を有することは、ユーザーの責任となります。
If AI-based summarization or insights are introduced in the future, processing will remain limited to your own data and will be performed on-device whenever possible. If any external processing becomes necessary, we will clearly disclose this in advance and obtain your consent. Idevo does not use user data to train server-side models.
将来的にAIによる要約・洞察機能が追加される場合も、処理対象はユーザー本人のデータに限定され、可能な限り端末内で実行されます。外部処理が必要となる場合は、その旨を事前に明示し、ユーザーの同意を取得します。また、Idevoはユーザーデータをサーバー側モデルの学習目的で利用しません。
When exporting or sharing (for example, as PDF), generation occurs on-device. Idevo does not transmit or store your data on external servers.
PDFなどへのエクスポート・共有を行う場合も、生成処理は端末内で完結します。Idevoが外部サーバーにデータを送信・保存することはありません。
You are responsible for any personal information contained in files you choose to share via other apps or services.
他のアプリやサービスを通じて共有したコンテンツに個人情報等が含まれる場合、その管理と責任は利用者ご本人にあります。
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use of the app after updates means you agree to the revised policy.
